About

We are a family based boutique property development company with a broad range of experience across both the commercial and residential sectors. We typically focus on a GDV project value typically ranging between £0.5m – £5m. Our team has a combined level of sector experience in excess of thirty years and have all been involved in property businesses covering most aspects of the property and development marketplace, including:

What we do

We focus mainly on repurposing tired and redundant commercial buildings into comfortable and well-designed desirable spaces where people want to live. These schemes would typically be design led apartments in great locations for owner occupiers or tenant occupation.

Smaller development sites in the home counties, comprising of 1-9 units either configured as apartments or desirable family homes for sale to owner occupiers or for tenant occupation within the private rented sector (PRS)

Investor Opportunity

Due to the number of projects we have in the pipeline or underway at any given time, we are always open to providing an opportunity to invest or partner with us on specific schemes. 

There are usually a number of options available such as: 

  • Straightforward loan arrangements with fixed returns and security provided 
  • SSAS pensions. We use our own SSAS as well as pooling together with other like minded SSAS trustees to purchase suitable properties to provide a stable rate of return 
  • Joint Venture – this is where an equity stake can be provided in return for an investment with a shareholding in an SPV
