Its always exciting to see the progress being made onsite at any one of our projects, especially when the lead time to get to the construction phase can sometimes be quite a long time. Sometimes it can take many months, even sometimes more than a year! There can be lots of discussions about; the contract terms, long stop dates, due diligence on the site, surveys, inspections, warranty undertakings and that’s all before we get to the planning!

With this project we also had to contend with the impact of the Coronavirus epidemic to boot…so its even more satisfying when works get underway
